Admin Tab

The Admin Tab is where you go to set up your fleet, to make changes to fleet policies and to set up alerts and geofences.

The Administration Panel allows you to carry out all of the system’s admin tasks, including Fleet Setup, Policy Changes, Alert Definition and Setup, Geofencing Setup, Preferences, and Trip Logs.

The administration menu includes :

​

  • Fleet Setup - Define vehicles, drivers, association solution (if used) and the organizational hierarchy

  • Policy - Define the thresholds for system parameters

  • Alerts - Define real-time alerts to be sent to fleet managers 

  • Geofencing - Define geofence locations and settings 

  • Preferences - Set a number of basic parameters used by the system

  • Trips - Manage completed trips retroactively
